Technical Management
Technical/Domain expertise
Oversees developing of roadmap in terms of improving the maturity of services offered, new services/competencies in coordination with SME/tech guru/market research team

Ensure team possesses relevant domain knowledge, systems and promotes alignment to new technologies and IP creation
Competency development
Oversees defining and implementation of competency development plan in line with the strategic account and horizontal and tracks skill improvement through skill matrix

Participates in pipeline building initiatives (mining)

Define and establish the governance process for the sub vertical/strategic account/horizontal. Participate/support senior executive business review of the sub vertical/horizontal/vertical. Establish and participate in steering committee reviews
Manage business development
Collaborates with sales and marketing team for identifying and capitalising on industry trends, market intelligence and business intelligence. Supports marketing activities and bid management (contract management, win-loss analysis, etc.)

• Having 5-7 years of experience in android multimedia frame work domain
• Should have in depth knowledge on audio and video framework concepts
• Having good exposure on multimedia feature development and bug fixing
• Having good knowledge on Open core, Open MAX,,Stagefreight, Gstreamer, Media codec, Media player, Awesomeplayer,
• And having knowledge on middleware nuplayer audioflinger audiopolicy manager android HAL, mediaserver audioserver , treble, surface flinger, Video rendering, Video and media framework , Android multimedia framework , android camera development, android TV is advantage
• C and C++ knowledge and experience is compulsory
