Job Purpose
Execute the Enterprise commercial strategy through Deal shaping and pricing for Mobility, Fixed line and cloud products
Lead a team of pricing managers to provide pricing support to segment sales team enabling win
Collaborate and align senior stakeholders in case of strategic approvals and escalations
Review and evolve the pricing strategy in line with market and internal costs
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Strategic Planning –
Co-create the overall pricing strategy and define policies for all products aligned to it
Work closely with sales and segment teams and share regular market insights to course-correct Enterprise strategy and roadmap
Revenue Management –
Align commercial teams to execute commercial policy to achieve overall revenue objective
Guide commercial managers to take informed decisions and win profitably in the market
Engage in large deals
Product Management –
Strong interface with Product and solutions team to define commercial guidance for new launch
Feedback to product teams on competition activities and customer insights for new product development and process changes
Customer Management –
Create commercial DOAs to empower internal stakeholders for speed and faster go to market.
Engage with customer facing teams, hand hold and support cross functional teams as the commercial champion
People Management –
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Understanding of Enterprise buying behaviours and process
Business Planning and Financial modelling skills
Structured approach to decision making and ability to take calculated risks for large and complex deals
Strong systems and process orientation
Team management skills to train commercial managers on Enterprise commercial strategy and ways of working
At least 12 years of experience, of which minimum 2 years in corporate role or consulting role
Must have technical / professional qualifications
B2B commercial experience
Degree in financial discipline preferred
MBA in Marketing/Finance (preferred but not required)
