Customer and project Management specific:
Direct customer interface onsite for the complete program Project Management and co-ordination with team.
Resource Hiring as per project needs and new opportunities.
Project Revenue forecast and planning execution as per budget and booking monthly.
Identify team skills and arrange required trainings for up skill.
Quality process specific: Prepare Monthly Management review reports for SMR.
Monthly project audit with Project QA.
Prepare weekly Project status reports to share with customer and Quality team.
Delivery Specific: Collaboration and working closely with account delivery manager.
Collaboration and working closely with account relationship manager.
Communication with customer project leads during daily and weekly sync up calls.
Daily Stand up call for work assignment and track them for status and progress.
Over all team efforts needs to be tracker both in PULSE and Customer JIRA log for UT tracking.
Assist team in resolving technical concerns and queries with relevant SME contacts.
SAP system specific: SAP system project update and extension activities.
Working with ARMADM for opportunity, DPS and project update in SAP at L4 and L6 level. Proposal preparation and updating TCV in SAP system for every extension.
Efforts booking with TGRP segregation and invoice every month. Contract amendment for updates and changes
