Experienced using LS-DYNA & Abaqus in FE modelling and analysing Automotive Interiors Trim Structures (Rear Door Garnish, Cargo Rails / Lamps, Headliner, Load Floor, Quarter Lower, Overhead Console, Floor Console, IP panel etc.).
• Experience in meshing, modelling and assembly of vehicle sub-systems using HYPERMESH, ANSA, META and Primer as pre & post processing tools.
• Should be able to handle simulation independently using LS-Dyna & Abaqus and interact with design team for modifications based on CAE results.
• Should able to perform analysis as per regulatory & company requirement of FMVSS 201, 202, 201U, ECE R21 (Head Impact analysis, ) etc.
• Should able to perform strength & durability analysis on Interior Hard Trim, Switch Retention, load floor, performance under cold impact loads etc.
• Should be able to handle simulation with dummy FE models.
• Should have strong know-how in FMVSS and ECE standard related to interiors.
